はじめに
650〜700帯の読解・リスニングは「動詞のコア（核意味）」で速く正確に取れます。今日は、ビジネス頻出だが学習書で抜けがちな動詞をネット化（同義・言い換え・コロケーション）し、Part3/4/7で“根拠一直線”にする実戦辞書を作ります。
0) 使い方（ルール）
- 1語コアで覚える（何を“する”か）→同義3〜5語→定番コロケーション（目的語・前置詞）
- 本文→選択肢は「コア一致優先」。極端語や抽象長文は除外
1) process（処理する・手続きを進める）
- コア：handle／process／complete（a request／an order／a payment／a refund）
- 言い換え：run／execute／work on／put through
- コロケ：process an order／process a refund／process applications／processing fee
- 反対・関連：pending／backlog／approve／reject
- 例：We’ll process your refund within 5 business days.（＝issue／complete）
2) allocate（割り当てる・配分する）
- コア：assign／allocate／distribute（budget／resources／staff／time）
- 言い換え：set aside／apportion／dedicate
- 前置詞：allocate A to B／allocate for（purpose）
- 例：We allocated more budget to marketing.（＝assigned more funds to）
3) escalate（（問題を）上に上げる・深刻化する）
- コア：escalate／raise／forward（an issue／a ticket／a complaint）
- 言い換え：elevate／route to a manager／pass on／intensify（状況が悪化する）
- 反対：resolve／address／de‑escalate
- 例：If the issue persists, we’ll escalate it to IT.（＝forward to）
4) fulfill（（注文・要件を）満たす・履行する）
- コア：fulfill／meet／satisfy（an order／a requirement／a request／a condition）
- 言い換え：complete（order）／comply with（requirement）／carry out
- 名詞：order fulfillment（出荷処理）／fulfillment center（物流拠点）
- 例：We can fulfill the order by Friday.（＝ship/complete）
5) implement（実行・導入する）
- コア：implement／put in place／roll out（a policy／a plan／a system）
- 言い換え：deploy／apply／carry out／enforce（規則）
- 例：The new policy will be implemented next month.（＝enforced/applied）
6) consolidate（統合する・集約する）
- コア：consolidate／merge／combine（departments／shipments／reports）
- 言い換え：amalgamate／pool／bundle（発送）

7) streamline（効率化する）
- コア：streamline／simplify／optimize（a process／workflow）
- 言い換え：make more efficient／improve throughput

8) defer／postpone（延期する）
- コア：defer／postpone／push back／reschedule（a payment／a meeting）

- 名詞：compliance／noncompliance

10) expedite（迅速化する）

- 名詞化に負ける：implementation／fulfillment／allocationに出会ったら、動詞コア（implement／fulfill／allocate）に戻して理解
